Join the Allegheny Ukulele Kollective for our next Happy Valley jam session at Schlow Centre Region Library! This will be a teenage & up, all-skills ukulele jam! Perfect for beginners and veteran uke players alike :)
The first half-hour is dedicated to beginners & novices. We'll work on basic chords & simple songs to get new players up to speed before moving onto more advanced songs for the entire group.
We will be using our club's songbook, available on our website, http://alleghenyukes.com/songbooks. Print your own copy or borrow one of ours so you can play along.
We have a limited number of ukes to loan - first come, first serve! But If you have one (or an extra one to share), please bring it :)
The jam is free, but a suggested $5 donation is highly appreciated!
Please note: Kids under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. This event is not geared toward children under 12.
